This can damage the printer and waste both materials and time.

Furthermore, at the start of a print, the nozzle temperature may take 2-3 minutes to reach the set temperature, causing excessive material loss in the nozzle. In such cases, more skirt lines may be necessary to reduce waste and improve print quality. However, with correct PID calibration, the nozzle temperature can stabilize faster, reducing material loss and the need for skirt lines, while improving print efficiency and quality.
